Returning Team Registration - Expression of Interest

Welcome to the 2026 Junior Basketball season.

We are now inviting 2025 Subiaco teams to nominate for the 2026 season by following the steps below.

Review the 2026 Age Group Cut-offs.
One contact per team is to complete the information below and submit.
The Club Registrar will then send the Team Manager the Play HQ weblink to be forwarded to each team player to register directly into the team.
This team nomination system is in place so same/similar teams can be carried over from the previous year. Coaches/Managers should not be deselecting players unless the player no longer wishes to play in the 2026 season.
You can register a team with a minimum 5 or more 2025 Subiaco players and the club will allocate players who register as individuals to teams where there are spaces (ie, less than 8 players per team).
Please provide both coach and team manager contact details. A minimum of 1 is required to register a team.
