Returning Individual – Expression of Interest

This form is for returning Subiaco players only, preference is given to existing Subi players who register as individuals.

Once you have been allocated to a team we will contact you if you accept the spot we will email you the Play HQ registration link to register and pay. (Mid-late January)

By registering you acknowledge that all families are expected to contribute through volunteering to the club. This can be as a Coach, Manager or on the Committee. All families are required to assist with scoring during the season.

Once teams are formed from individual registrations, we will be in contact to find a coach and manager from the player families. The club is not able to supply coaches for teams.
