Perry Lakes Hawks Association.

Please note that registrations for new players to Subi have closed except for U8 registrations.
Please be aware that preference will be make to existing Subi players who register as individuals before non-subi players. Spots for non-subi players are extremely limited.
We will email you the registration link and team codes once you have been allocated to a team.
By registering you acknowledge that all families are expected to contribute through volunteering to the club. This can be as a Coach, Manager or on the Committee. All families are required to assist with scoring during the season.
Once teams are formed from individual registrations, we will be in contact to find a coach and manager from the player families. The club is not able to supply coaches for teams.
