Refund Policy
The $35 BWA fee is non-refundable.
In line with Perry Lakes Hawks, Subiaco Basketball Club will refund as follows:
Any player that registers and withdraws prior to the end of Week 5 will be entitled to a refund of the Subiaco Basketball Club membership fee. We will refund cost less:
Any player requiring a refund must send an email to the Subiaco Treasurer stating: Name, team and reason for refund. Refunds during the season (once competition has commenced) will only be considered under the following circumstances : season ending injury/illness or transfers interstate or overseas. This will be done upon consultation with the Club President. Once the refund is approved we will seek banking details to allow a funds transfer for the refund.
Players that are refunded will not be able to re-register for the same season that they were refunded for.
Refunds for the Hawks $150 fee should be directed to Jenny@hawksbasketball.com.au.
SBBC fee refund enquiries should be addressed via email to accounts@subiacobbc.com.au.
If you have registered with Subiaco Basketball Club but wish to transfer to another club please email us BEFORE registering with the other club to organise a fee transfer and avoid extra costs.
Due to the overwhelming demand for player spots in this years season, registrations have closed early. Players that are successful in securing a position will be contacted by the team manager with instructions on how to register and pay via SportsTG.
